Privacy notice

Your account connects devices, Navigation Packs, and feedback. It is not used to monitor unrelated gameplay.

The server stores account, device, pairing, access, and submitted feedback records. Screens, dialogue, saves, character values, file paths, and personal game memories stay on your own device.

Our account and business database is currently hosted in Singapore, with encrypted backups held by a separate backup service. Your chosen AI tool may process conversations and game information you share with it, according to its own privacy settings and policy.

Traffic measurement and player contribution

To diagnose repeated visits, the server briefly processes a trusted public IP into a network tag using an independent daily key; the original IP is not stored. Tags are compared only within one UTC day, hidden after 7 days and removed by hourly cleanup. They are not people counts and are not used for cross-day identification, advertising, account linking or visitor exclusion. Tags are pseudonymous, not fully anonymous; encrypted backup copies expire under the existing backup retention policy and expired data is cleared after restoration.

A fresh opt-in records only the first completed guidance-policy response time for the valid source, retained for at most 30 days. Earlier consent is not expanded automatically. Your question and answer quality are not recorded. With source-linking consent, the current valid entrance also groups accounts claiming trials or installing packs after linkage. Changed or expired entrances lose that association. No question text, frames or game state is collected, and installation does not prove successful use. Entrance statistics retain only platform, medium, campaign and post tags (UTM), never other URL parameters or gameplay. Receipts and their cookie last up to 30 days. Only with your opt-in is the last valid web entrance or declared Skill entrance within 30 days linked to your account and frozen on new orders. Missing, expired or declined sources stay unknown; renewals are not retrospectively attributed. Order-source statistics last up to 400 days. Disabling the option below or deleting your account removes related linkage, not required financial records. Encrypted backups expire on their backup schedule. Do not put personal data in public tags.

Traffic measurement uses a first-party confirmation after page load. Basic records include broad browser family, collection method and cookie return are added to exclude probes and owner tests. Full User-Agent, IP, device models and fingerprints are not stored; records are retained for at most 400 days.

Contribution is off by default. Only after you opt in may Navigator send allowlisted, locally minimized structural signals such as game/build, question category, missing state type, adapter status, and counts. You can turn it off at any time.

Contribution does not upload screenshots, dialogue, question text, save files, character names or values, account identifiers, or paths. More detailed material requires a separate preview and confirmation. The server cannot use contribution to control your device.

Game identification images are requested from Steam's static image service without sending your account or gameplay data. Contact-form email and message are used only to reply, investigate, and improve the product—not for marketing. Never send passwords, codes, card details, or saves.

Public product pages store one first-party visitor cookie, used only to count page views, unique visitors and referring sites. IP addresses, device fingerprints and names are not stored, and someone who has not registered is never listed.

Email codes, Google and linked Steam identities access one account. Manage sign-in methods and request account deletion in Account Center. Required order and financial audit records are retained separately. Contribution signals improve Navigation Packs only; failed submissions do not interrupt service or allow the server to control your device.
