Refunds and cancellation

You may stop subscription renewal. Refunds depend on applicable law, delivery, and the terms shown at purchase; there is no absolute no-refund rule.

Stop renewal

Stop the next automatic renewal in Account Center. Once the payment provider confirms it, your paid period remains available until its end. This is not a refund.

Requesting a refund

For a single-game perpetual pack or for each time card, you may request an ordinary full refund from its order in Account Center within 7 days of payment, without a gameplay-hour limit. Each stacked card has its own 7-day window, and a refund removes all of that card's days rather than a pro-rated share. After 7 days, the ordinary option is hidden; duplicate or unauthorized charges and other issues may still be explained and reviewed under the facts and applicable law. Each order permits one formal request; contact support to add information.

For subscription refunds or additional information, contact support; you may also contact the payment provider through your purchase email. A request or our approval does not mean funds have been returned. Never share card numbers, passwords or codes.

After an approved refund or dispute, access is adjusted to the verified result. The time for funds to arrive depends on the payment method and provider.
